No issues with shipping or service, the box the product is delivered in is very large due to it having to be refrigerated. Never a delivery issue though.

Shipping was incredible and I was notified regularly of intended delivery and it came in a freeze packed, very secure packaging. Very impressive. Very professional, something intended to give you the understanding that what is inside this box is very important. I like that a lot… and as I said, in another review, time, will tell after I’ve been on it for about three months, whether it truly aids the ulcerative colitis, and helps my colon or not.

Very good product and great shipping. It was still cold when it got here.
