Was very excited for the yuzu essential oil, but it doesn't capture that sharp distinct aroma that fresh yuzu has. Maybe it's in the fruit and not the peel? The essential oil smells nice, but generically citrusy, lemony, not specifically like yuzu.

Underwhelmed

Very good and beautiful product, but it's a shame that customs fees cost 50% of the order even if I ordered from the Canadian website and ship to Canada. . .

Shipping took over three weeks and I am now being charge Canadian duties. In the past I was not charged something has changed and it’s aligns with the launch of the new Canadian website.

Not satisfied as I’m only able to smell the oil when I’m 2 inches from the diffuser. The essential oils I bought smell great but they only make the top of the wood diffuser smell great. The smell doesn’t dissipate into the room.
