Very good and beautiful product, but it's a shame that customs fees cost 50% of the order even if I ordered from the Canadian website and ship to Canada. . .

Shipping took over three weeks and I am now being charge Canadian duties. In the past I was not charged something has changed and it’s aligns with the launch of the new Canadian website.

So the piece is beautiful, but it doesn't really diffuse the oil into the air. It doesn't spin unless you nudge it, and it doesn't really move much even then. The only way I can smell the oil is but picking it up an sniffing. Disappointed.

Not satisfied as I’m only able to smell the oil when I’m 2 inches from the diffuser. The essential oils I bought smell great but they only make the top of the wood diffuser smell great. The smell doesn’t dissipate into the room.

Received order used oil and seen that the diffuser leaks around the bottom of the neck and runs all the way down!
