Very disappointed. I LOVE all of my other Volo products but this robe looks and feels much cheaper than the hair, bath and face towels. Not near a thick or luxurious.

Have not received the package yet! How can I rate it.

Not sure what is taking so long.

They charged my credit card three days before even creating a shipping label then for some reason canceled the shipment. They still have my funds and now there is a request for a product review.
