You are terrible. You keep spamming me. I have never purchased anything from you

I bought this at the start of a musical run, and I regret it. I feel like at best, my nasal passages get some of the hydration but my throat feels no different. After using it all through tech week and opening weekend, I’m switching back to a vocal steamer for the rest of the run. I want to return mine, but there’s no returns after you break the plastic packaging. Would not recommend.
