The original unit worked for a couple weeks then only ran for about 5 minutes. Half of the solution was wasted each time. I was sent a new cup. The unit worked for 5 days and then did the same thing as before. I would like to request a refund.

The company has been good to work with because they follow through with problems that arose & for that I give stars. The low # of stars is that my vocal mist still does not work. I've spent $100 on the vocal mist nebulizer & was required to get a reoccuring order of 48 saline ampules. I've used 24 total from the first box & the last 48 remains untouched because my vocal mist does not work. The saline cup was under warranty & appreciate the replacement sent, but the system still does not work. They offered to replace the saline cup at no charge because 2 of the 3 gold prongs were depressed. In the new saline cup all 3 gold prongs protrude as they should, but the overall system still does not mist. I think it is reasonable to ask for my money back for the entire system. While I am not a singer, I do have a vocal disorder (spasmodic dysphonia) & it is so important to keep the vocal folds hydrated. I had high hopes for this system, therefore, I am equally disappointed. Please let me know how you intend to help this dissatisfied customer.

it seems to be impossible to find any protocols on how to use the vocal mist. It's only "use it" which lacks any specificity

I still haven’t received my order and have no projected time of delivery. I really need my replacement part. I’m about to just buy a nebulizer off of Amazon. I need a product that works.

I have sent you a number of e-mails since January 5 of which I have received no replies. I asked you to not send me monthly refills of the saline so it would be gracious of you to at least acknowledge receiving the messages and honor my request. Thankyou
