My experience was Okay - 3. 5 stars not 5
Well, I heard nothing further from VM after confirmation of my order - no other email or message after that, no tracking number. A few weeks later, I was left wondering whether it would come at all or not. Just when I thought of contacting them, it suddenly showed up without any intimation outside the gate (which is common property) not inside near my door. Someone could have picked it up and taken off with it. For most of my other deliveries, I usually get a message to say that my delivery would come that day between such and such times.
So that uncertainty was all a bit stressful. Why no tracking number?
Apart from that, it was fine, packaged ok with the two boxes inside; one for the actual nebuliser and another one with the sachets. It would have been a nice touch to include a short note to say "thanks for your purchase, we hope you enjoy using it. - please don't hesitate to reach out to us in case of any issues" or something to that effect. Just friendlier customer service. It just felt a bit impersonal, considering I got a hundred emails before my purchase, trying to make me buy the product. Succeeding too :)
The nebuliser itself is much the same as one I had from before which I purchased for $130 cheaper.
Having said that, the quality of VM seems slightly better, but the mouthpiece does not fit well on the spray nozzle, is loose and keeps falling off.
I have used the nebuliser only three times so far. I do like it, and hope it will last for a while without any damage. But unfortunately, I am not able to give it 5 or even 4 stars.
All in all - the product is good, but an "Okay plus" experience, not really top class. Top class is somehow what I had hoped for, seeing so many great reviews.
