I like the product a lot. It helps me feel less raspy after using my voiceA lot. However, for the price, I think the case should be included with the purchase.

the vocal mist is not really solid---very quirky, not always working, or misting, even if its fully charged----i love it but its not dependable

Have not used Kong enough to give it a 5 but so far it think it is helping with mucus and phlegm in my throat when I sing

I emailed customer service regarding my vocal mist storage case. When it arrived it had a strong chemical smell. They were quick and kind about reordering me another one. Unfortunately, the second one smelled just the same. I tried airing it out for a few days, but it did not help.
