My until arrives rather quickly! I am very happy with my purchase as I suffer from severe dry mouth having a few autoimmune diseases, particularly Sjogren’s Syndrome Disease. I love their hydration 🧪 formula which I found to be especially helpful with moisturizing my throat as I’m “constantly” coughing and clearing my throat no matter hope many gallons of 💦 water I drink daily. However, I do have to state the hydration formula - in my opinion - is a pricy cost for those that use on a daily basis. Also, the documentation received indicated the nebulizer can be used “for about 60 minutes from a full charge.” I’m lucky to get three - 10 minute sessions before it starts dying during my last (4th) session at night and have to waste my solution because the battery is already dead. I’m hoping I was provided a brand new battery and there is nothing wrong with the battery itself.

I was sent a replacement saline cup since the first one didn't work. I now have the new cup and have filled it, charged the nebulizer and nothing happens. NO MIST APPEARS! now what is the next procedure that I have to go through?
