I absolutely LOVE my VocalMist, and customer service responded quickly to my questions and resolved a minor issue very easily. All orders come quickly, and the refills are easy to get. The packaging is secure and great. I also highly recommend the carrying case, as it makes it easy for me to toss in my work bag for on-the-go use and on-the-go charging.

The box is still sitting on my table. I haven't used it yet. I will!!
