Love the product but it hasn’t been working correctly within a couple months of purchasing. Replaced the cup twice and still didn’t fix issue. Replaced battery back and now it’s back to working great! (So far😬) I truly love this product when it’s working! Customer Service has been great and I typically have responses right away and new parts out within 24 hours.
