I use Viva Psyllium, and the last package I received would not dissolve. In response to my inital email I was instructed on hos to mix the powder and I was informed that I couldn't get my money back because I did not the product directly from Viva. After back and forth email, Viva ultimated replaced the product, and the new one is working. I just wish they would have done that up front.

Not sure why my omega-3 supplements were shipped separately. And thought I was getting 10% discount on both items.

Would have been great, but I just checked on Amazon and I could have saved $10 on this order by getting it there. Other than that, still the best fish oil on the market and I have been using it for many years.
