Berberine doesn't provide a feeling for me. I do notice that this plus eating clean makes my metabolism seemingly fast, and I have no negative side effects. I think this Berberine is pretty clean and with the cinnamon it's potentially more effective. Worth a shot! I take it as my coach recommended it.
