Superior Customer Service
I was worried when I saw that Vitamin World had somehow got my order wrong during their buy two, get one free sale. I had just come off of bad experiences with customer support from other companies and was expecting the same here, basically a run-around with no solution to my problem. I was very surprised when the customer service rep understood right away what had happened and worked with me to fix it. Needless to say, they shipped the additional vitamins that should have been part of the original order, for free, and they did it quickly. That is why I have been and will continue to be a customer of theirs. I never usually even give a recommendation but when a company behaves the way they did, they deserve it!
