We ordered two 60-count strawberry jam iron gummies. They sent one 60-count bottle and two sample packets. I emailed customer service as directed and a week later no response; but now I get an ask to review my experience, so here it is. So disappointing…the product is amazing, but they can’t get it together to send the right order…and we even signed up for a recurring order…and they can’t even respond to a customer super ice appeal.

I received an open vitamin container and I tried contacting customer service 3 times through two different emails, and through Instagram messages- no response. Really disappointed because I’ve been shopping here for years, and now I’m left with vitamins I can’t even use.

Never got the gummies. It's been almost a month and the gummies don't show that they have been shipped yet.

Website has too many pop ups!

Horrible experience. Still haven’t received my order after almost two weeks. The staff doesn’t communicate well either.
