It has been over two weeks since I received the survey and still no product... So it is difficult to evaluate the scale.

I tried to place a discount code in and it didn't work and the company did not honor the discount code. The code came from Sally Mcrae. Who ever answered my email was like too bad you missed out.. That is no way to run a company I would not encourage friends and family to buy from you!!

Terrible customer service. Could not help with issues I have with the scale. Still can’t set age and height.

Very inaccurate readings; Do not trust believe readings; After measuring the same person twice, such a big difference between two readings on the same person back to back. Not sure which reading to believe; I want a refund!!!!
