It still hasn't come!

Ordered the scale when it was in stock. Its been a month and it still "hasn't been shipped" not sure if I'm being scammed but this is horrendous. Wouldn't recommend buying from this company.

I returned my order as instructed and have yet to receive even a reply to emails on refund status My next step will be BBB correspondence on the practices of your company

How long is it supposed to take? It already been a month and you guys can't keep asking me how is my experience with the product, when I haven't still received it. Aren't you supposed to check, if the product is received before you ask how is the experience?

I was charged the wrong amount. I applied a discount code, and it worked. Website doubled the price of the purchase by cancelling the discount code and charged me double. Then they weren't helping with the refund. My dispute claim with my bank is currently being processed.
