The first scale I received was hardly functional, with a display that only worked about 20% of the time (most of the time it would display gibberish symbols). The customer service I received was poor: I had to send several emails just to get a response that was not automated, and when I finally managed to correspond with real people about having my scale replaced, it took a very long time to receive the new scale. If I'm being honest, I'd say it's the worst customer service I've ever experienced with an online store. Now that I have the replacement (functional!) scale, I'm happy, but I wouldn't order anything else from the same website after this experience.

It's good....I think....I 'think" it is correct, small, lovely and easy to operate and understand. Handy and compact.

It took over a month to get my products I purchased. The worst part of your company is communication. I probably will never use you again because of my experience.

Scales were on back order and I wasn't told until I contacted customer service. Shipping took three full weeks. Easy to get a certain percentage off of your order but then you get screwed over cause they make it USD and then shipping. I chose this scale cause I thought it was a great deal, but what was originally $50 ended up coming out to $87. It works, and now I have a scale, but the whole process sucked and I wouldn't recommend.
