Issue Resolved
Last week, I received my new Lucid Green Massaging Shampoo Brush in the mail. It arrived at my home a few days before the listed ETA. My last brush was defective, so I made quite a few complaints online regarding a refund. Although it took quite some time to receive a response; which is why I had to make quite a few, I am grateful to have a new device shipped to me. My hair is now in braids. So, I won't be using it for some time. However, I am excited to see what the new one can do. I also received a 10% off digital coupon with my new device as well. Thank you for professionalism.
