The customer service representative I talked with on chat was lovely. I needed a bit of assistance with ordering to Canada. The Fed Ex delivery person doesn’t get a 5 star review though. It was delivered to the wrong street, but fortunately for me the person that lives there was honest and brought it to my house a few days later.
