The pump stopped working on the conditioner I just received. I’m not new at this so a bit frustrating.

At first the shampoo made my hair feel hydrated, but then dandruff began to appear and the hair loss did not stop, also the texture of the shampoo is very thick, which makes you spend a lot in a single wash, it is not bad but it is very expensive for what it helps

After over a months use nothing has changed with my hair.. Don't waste your money..!!!

I received my order of the travel size shampoo and conditioner for my up coming vacation. The bottles were damaged and had leaked all over the box. I have not even tried the product yet so I can't comment on it. I did send several emails (with pictures) and left a voicemail. It has been more than a month and still no answer. I pretty much gave up on getting this fixed. If you are a first time customer be cautious about ordering from this company. I'm left with a product I can't use and they got to keep my money.

It did not work for me. I used it for 3 weeks and i stop. There is no improvement. It seems that it got worst. I washed my hair every other day and every time i used the shampoo and conditioner it's so alarming that there's a lot of hair in the tub and it is not just in the tub it's also all over the bathroom floor where i dry and comb my hair. At first i though it's normal for the first few uses but it doesn't improve. Not for me.
