I have yet to completely see a change because I plan on taking it for the 6 months, but I do see a decrease in wanting to reach for Something sweet. That was my biggest concern for myself. Would it help with cravings. So far so good.

I took this the week of Christmas and as busy as I was and all the rich foods I consumed I felt energy and I had no bloating at all! I have taken other cleanse supplements and have never felt such a difference as I have with this. I am ordering more.
