I rarely write reviews and would certainly never write one prior to receiving and trying the product, but I was driven for some reason to write this extensive review I think mainly because I had to figure all of it out on my own and I thought this might be helpful for other people in my same situation. Ordering ED medication online can really feel like a mine field when first looking into it. Most men quickly find out that getting a Rx from your doctor is the easiest part of deciding to try ED medication. Finding out that almost every insurance company is allowed by law to simply not cover this type of medicine "at all" (even for medically necessary situations such as physical problems or severe reactions to other medically necessary medicines, although in my opinion unless the ED is caused solely by drug or alcohol abuse or a person not keeping themselves in reasonably good physical condition then any ED condition should be considered "medically necessary"). This should be ILLEGAL and should have been properly addressed in the "so called" health care reform act. You can select an ED med at random based on your Doctor's best guess about what will work best for you, which I did, and get a 1/2 to 2/3 off coupon from the manufacturer which seems great until you quickly realize that this type medicine reacts very differently for each person based on cause and severity of the ED, the dosage and whether taken daily or as needed which makes the discount of the initial Rx a non factor. Once you realize there is a trial and error process involved with finding which ED med, in what dose, taken at what frequency works best for you with the fewest side effects this leads you (at most Doctor's unofficial suggestion) to looking into ordering ED medication online. Most people suggest starting with Canada based online Rx suppliers, but you quickly learn that you must become comfortable with most or all of these medicines being the generic version of ED meds not available as a generic in the US due to patents that only protect the manufacturer from companies producing generic versions of the specific medicine in the US during the term of the patent. This does not prevent a foreign manufacturer from producing a generic version of each ED med with exactly the same amount on the active ingredients of each given ED medicine. So long as they don't sell them directly to US customers. As a side note for those who may not know or have not got that far in their research there are two types of online pharmacies: 1) the ones that offer "somewhat" discounted prices on brand name medications made by the original "US patent holding manufacturer" and 2) the type I have discussed above that provide much needed indirect access to generic versions of medicines that are legally produced outside of US patent restrictions (preferably in India instead of China). These are where you can get the real value assuming you can find a place that you can feel comfortable that you are going to receive a high-quality generic equivalent to the ED medication in question. This is the million dollar question! So in the end you have to do your best possible research and take the plunge with somebody. This is altogether different from an experimental, non FDA, approved medication for cancer or some other condition, THIS IS simply an exact copy of an FDA approved medication made unattainable to most by inept US laws and bogus insurance regulations. This alternative is to use the quasi-legitimate and "bizarre" currency, Bitcoin. Although very strange at first it is used somewhat widely throughout the world and you are given an exact conversion amount of Bitcoin to purchase which can be done through most large banks "most-likely" your existing bank used for your own personal banking. After the one time, more complicated than necessary, set up of a Bitcoin electronic wallet you can purchase the exact amount of Bitcoin needed securely from your own bank to your secure Bitcoin wallet then directly and immediately transfer to the online company in question. This allows for immediate, anonymous and guaranteed transfer of funds from one individual or business to another anywhere in the world with virtually no fees (I believe 1%) and no delay. It is highly suggested that you set up a credit card back up when you set up your Bitcoin wallet which is never used as long as your Bitcoin purchases through your bank and bank account have sufficient funds and are processed successfully, which seems to be straight forward. Well that's it so far. Probably the longest review ever for a product not yet received, but this is also obviously a major Q&A about the entire ED med issue and the complicated, convoluted and "should be" unnecessary process involved in trying ED when living in the US. Wish me luck that I get what I ordered and it is a high-quality exact equivalent of these medicines. I may look into having these samples tested independently depending on the cost and how well they seem to work, have not decided yet. P.S. - on the moral side of the issue about respect of US laws and intellectual property, I do, but this is basically like having a gun put to your head by the US patent and insurance regulations and saying what is more important, the quality of life for you and your partner and the fact that you only live once, the clock is ticking and this condition will absolutely only get worse with age and will absolutely destroy that entire and extremely important part of almost any healthy relationship if left untreated, that is a question that each person must decide for themselves. I personally put it in the same category as an available medication for a life-threatening disease (cancer, etc) experimental or otherwise, that also may be made restricted, unavailable or out of the possible ability for 99% of us to afford. What would you do in that situation to gain access for yourself or your loved ones. I know my answer!
