So far, so good
I haven't yet received my package, but it has only been 2 days since I ordered it, so I cannot comment about how efficient the delivery is, or how Viagra-like the generics are. I can say that I had a bit of trouble with ordering on the website (it didn't confirm my order in any way, nor did it give me a reference number), so I checked my credit card balance to see if the transaction had gone through. It had. Being that this is my first time ordering from VBB, and given that their prices are much lower than the other sites I had been to, I began to worry that this may be a scam. Again, I haven't received the product yet, so I can't say with 100% certainty that this isn't a scam, but I sent customer support an email explaining the situation, and less than 5 minutes later, I received a response back saying that they were looking into it. Soon after that, I got another email confirming my order. I have since received 2 additional emails (not including this one), one saying my package has been sent, the other giving me a tracking number. So despite not having received my order yet, I'm pretty confident that this site is legit, and would be more than a little perplexed if this turns out to be a bogey. After all, who provides A+ customer support then flips a 180 and rips the customer off? The idea behind great support is to ensure repeat business, and I have to say, if their products are anywhere close to as good as their support, I'll be a customer for life.
