Dazzle pro
This is my third dazzle pro I purchased from your company in the last 2 years. My husband and I purchased 2 last year. After almost a year of having it - the light inside cracked - everything else was working fine but I decided to buy a new one after the holidays because I wasn’t sure if it was properly sanitizing it with the light cracked. I purchased the same one and once we received it and plugged it in the light wouldn’t work. My husband took the light bulb out of the old one and replaced it in my new one and it worked. Once I started using it , I noticed that everytime I would take the toothbrush head off of the handle , I had to pull really hard to get it to come off, almost to the point that I am afraid I am going to break it by pulling it off. I cannot afford to buy another one and I never had this problem with my old one and my husband doesn’t have this problem with his. I’m not sure what to do to fix this , maybe it was a malfunction when it was manufactured, but regardless, it is very disappointing spending the money again and not being satisfied with the product. I am just continuing using it , hoping that something doesn’t snap off or break due to me pulling so hard on it to remove the toothbrush head. If you have any advise on what to do to help this , I would greatly appreciate it.
