They we so fast and responsive. And the machine is awesome!

I never received my product so how am I suppose to rate this company. So far, terrible shipping.

Once you figure it out, this product is so easy to use which makes me use it more consistently. It really does feel like you’re at a spa - I use it roughly every other day and sort of treat it like my meditation time at the end of the day since it runs for 10-15 minutes. My skin has definitely felt smoother and fresher since I started using it so I would highly recommend this if you’re looking to up your skincare game.

It would be nice if the item actually arrived please tell me when I can expect it I’m very disappointed
