Worst customer service

I am unhappy with this hair considering how much I paid. I could’ve purchased just as bad of hair from Amazon for way cheaper. I was also missing pieces out of one of my 20 packs. After the first wash, the quality of the hair went downhill rapidly, frizzed out bad and started to tangle very easily. It continues to do this after subsequent washes. Im upset after all that I spent. I’m wondering if I just maybe got a bad batch if hair. And I obviously cannot return it, so im out several hundred dollars of my hard earned money. Not to mention, I use special shampoo and conditioner, specifically for hair extensions I take very good care of them and I have years of experience with them. If customer service does not refund or send me a replacement this website is a complete rip off, buyer beware. Customer satisfaction is key and should not be overlooked.

As a company if the product is not working properly then you should accept responsibility and refund the customer.

Absolute worst quality of hair and shipping was definitely not quick. Beware
