Can’t take it out of plastic to see if it would work

It’s ok.. put in on April 21.was great but today is May 16. the ends look stringy. N alittle tangling after a couple of hours… When first received I thought great finally!! I take extra care of my extensions, but not even a month & it’s giving me doubts.. going to try one more time. With recommended of a representative.

I was expecting a better quality for the price

The color does not match the pictures. It does not gradually ombré to grey then to almost white like the photo. Now my hairdresser has to dye it
