They were nice but no matter what I tried, they stayed rolled together. Consrant need to brush them to keep seperated. I used the proper shampoo to clear out any residues but nothing helped

Do not expect to receive your order in the promised timeframe. I was told ships in 3 weeks. It’s was more than double that time and missed the timeframe I intended to use them.

Got the swatches and the colors don’t seem to be consistent with other swatches with the same color names of other topper suppliers. Not sure if swatches reflect the exact quality of the hair since the swatches are so small and thin.

Hard to get into touch with someone

I loved how full it was and hoe it looked in the beginning. After a few days it became coarse and difficult to brush. If anyone has any tricks of suggestions, please let me know.
