"Keep the Peace" is a great product. The UniUni delivery was not. The package was left on the steps in full sun on a 96 degree day and in full view rather than on the porch protected from sun and view. The contents were very warm when I opened the package. When I asked Temple Spa to advise their delivery company not to leave fragrances and beauty procucts in the hot sun, Temple Spa said they have no control over deliveries made in the US. Temple Spa should at least remove the statement on their website that they ship their products via UPS.

I just submitted my review via the email link and the "submit review" button brought me to a blank review form saying "submit review. " Did the one I already wrote get submitted, or do I now need to submit it here? I love TempleSpa products, but the tech interface is not fun.

I was really disappointed when I received my order. The shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel bottles had all leaked, and there was product spilled throughout the packaging. Unfortunately, there was also leakage in the travel set. Given Temple Spa’s premium pricing and positioning, I would expect much better packaging and quality control, especially ensuring that bottles are properly sealed before shipping. This was my first time purchasing Temple Spa’s shower and hair care products, and sadly, the experience has been very disappointing.
