Speedy shipping, phenomenal products.

I love the product I do not love the shopping/delivery experience. The last two orders I have placed, both about $500, it has taken two weeks plus before I even receive shipping confirmation. When I email the company, it’s the same reasoning, there’s been an issue with the SKU in the warehouse albeit several months apart?!! Makes me think that possibly items are not in stock but instead, I ordered from the manufactures at the time that the consumer places their order.. maybe I am a little bit spoiled with the fast/prompt service from competitors, but this is a major disappointment for products that are so outstanding in a company I want to trust.
