It says my order was delivered, but I never received it. I reached out for help with the order and never received a response back! I don’t recommend

I waited almost 3 weeks and nothing so I emailed them then they checked told me it got lost sent me a replacement but nothing else for the waste of time and for the inconvenience since I ran out of the hair products.👎🏼

I am assuming I’m receiving this because my ticket was closed. However this has not been resolved. I emailed back a question and have yet to receive a response. I will never purchase from this company again.This has been some of the worst customer service.

package was stolen, shipped through fedex, reached out to tell company bc FedEx says that Umberto Giannini needs to make the claim, haven’t heard anything!!!
