The website was glitching, I tried using the hair quiz or seeing porosity recommendations nothing worked. my order took forever and they lost my package. When I got it the product did not work for my hair and I looked greasy!

Wasn’t too impressed.. made my hair rough just after couple of uses and I see lots of hair fall

I noticed my hair has become tougher and lots of hair loss either just couple of times using the product .

Having trouble getting my order # 5247.Please help.

Really sad the products I purchased from Umberto Giannini didn't work out because I had heard nothing but great things... everything was too heavy for my fine curly hair and the products irritated my scalp. Non-stop itchy scalp and breakouts along hairline. I reached out to customer service to try and initiate a return, they responded to my first email but haven't responded since despite my attempt to reach back out. Overall just really disappointed. Glad the products work for other people, but I would not recommend.
