The essential oils arrived on time and well packaged with cute little crinkled paper. There were return instructions for any duplicates that remained sealed if I did not like a scent and had two. I received a lovely sample to try and I was able to recycle all of the packing material, which was very nice. I am very pleased with my experience with Neom Organics.
