Since web site change you have messed up our order the last 3 times. I made the necessary changes days before the order was to ship and somehow things reverted to past orders not the one I submitted. ended up with more than needed or nothing at all.

The website is not good as compared with the previous one. This new site treats me as though I am a sales rep and not like the customer that I am. It also didn't send me confirmation emails as well as no tracking number info. You didn't need to fix what wasn't broken. Sincerely Larry Bilawsky

Not user friendly. The new site is not built well for purchasing. Too much time had been spent on it without success. Customer support is great help

The new site is horrible to use. Wasting so much time without success. Have to call customer service to help me make orders. If the site is not built for use effectively the company shouldn’t have started .
