Your website is still not easy to maneuver. Love your products, otherwise I wouldn’t be ordering from your difficult website. I couldn’t use my reward points.

Last month my husband’s order got shipped to our winter address even though I hadn’t changed the address. My order came to the correct address. When I was updating my September order, my address had been changed by you to my winter address. Fortunately, I caught it & changed it to the correct address. I don’t know what’s happening, but this is not acceptable.
