The website is not userfriendly to find products. There should be a products page with all products in a list rather than grouped in groups that don't mean anything to the average person. You need to think like a customer who is not familiar with your products rather than a techie

Shipping has taken forever and still don’t have my products- not very pleased

First, I don’t like not having the ability to speak to a live person. I have questions I’d like answered. Also the point system is not explained, and I’d like to know how it works, but again, it can only be done through correspondence.

I had an open mind about this. I was hopeful. But I felt no different in any way. My dreams were not more vivid. I am already calm... The taste... I couldn't stop my face from twisting up in protest. After which I diluted it in a small amount of water. But unfortunately, no effect on me.

The website was not working when I attempted (two separate times) to order. I had to wait a day. And no free shipping. Truly, I would prefer the shipping cost be worked in to the price of the product. It's a mind game, but majority of online ordering is "free shipping"
