US - Go-To-Skincare - Shopify

When I received my product the face oil wasn't sealed properly and so all the product leaked. Customer service was quick to send a replacement however the wrong product was sent. They promised to send it again however it still has not arrived after numerous weeks and there was no compensation for the inconvenience.
