US - Go-To-Skincare - Shopify

Products are always amazing, that's why I continue to buy. However, having moved from Australia to Canada, the process of buying is so much more difficult. With free postage limits so high, it's difficult to order and not get hit with mega customs duties at the border. My last order was around $100 so that I could get free postage, and the customs fees were $90 on top of that! I couldn't believe it. The Go-To customer service was awesome and they helped cover it because it was so much higher than expected (because customs charges always seem to be so random). But it seems that customs usually charges for orders over $80-90/100 so if the free shipping minimum was set lower, I would order more often with less fear of extra costs! I would much rather spend that extra $90 on actual products because I love the whole Go-To selection so much! I haven't brought myself to reorder any more packages, I am hoping they get a Canadian stockist sometime soon or I will have to stock up when I visit Aus!

I absolutely love the reviews but payed hundreds of dollars in shipping and ha felling for my last order. I ordered a huge order as I did it with my friends and was disappointed that it did not come in a nice box as my previous smaller order had and that we were charged so much more than expected in shipping and handling. I really want to continue buying the products but feel stumped as to how not to repeat that experience.

Really enjoy the moisture from the products, but the scents are a little strong for me.

Really great products, except the zinc moisturizer, which feels horrible. The website is easy and customer service is great, especially if they ever have an issue. Recommend they work on improving shipping times; people (me) expect things to be shipped a lot faster than Go-To does these days.

I love the face mask it has really transformed my skin.
