Fabulous Customer Service!
I am definitely the type to keep constant track of my orders and when one of my Go-To shipments was marked delivered by the carrier and I did not have the goods show up at my door, I wasn't too pleased. I sent an email to the support team and explained the situation. I received a response fairly quickly and with a sassy (in a good way) reply, was assured that I would be taken care of and to keep eye out for any suspiciously fresh-faced persons that might want to grab the next package! I am happy to say that I did finally receive my items. All thanks to my no-hassle experience with the Go-To customer service!
