Shipping is pretty standard. Products are always received in good condition. Good service, and the website is easy to navigate; I've never had to use customer service or contact them for any reason, so I am unable to comment on that. I loooove Go-to's products, they have a decent selection and they work so well. Their products smell fresh & clean, are gentle on the skin, they're unique, and truly produce amazing results when you find which ones work best for you.

Love all of the Go-To products. They’re good quality and my skin feels so hydrated after, particularly the much plumper skin. Also, the instructions and ingredients are stated plainly and are so easy to understand. I would 100% recommend to anyone!
