These insoles seem really sturdy and great but my feet are so wide and my instep is so high that they make my shoes unwearable. Too tight!

It’s taking a bit to get used to them, but so far, I love them!

I tried to tell you the orthotics were wrong. You ignored me. I got pissed. You charged me. The orthotics were wrong and I needed a new mold. I said this several times. You ignored me and sent the wrong orthotics and charged me. I complained and you ignored me. Im sitting here in pain and no orthotics now.

Thank you for remaking my insole this pair feels much better, will give an update once I’m able to wear them a full day.
