Upright Pose - .COM

I am very happy with the device, and it is doing what it promised. My posture is better, both sitting and standing, even when I am not wearing it. And my shoulders/neck/upper back feel much, much better.

I am having trouble activiting the unit. I assume that green light means it is ready to be used. However, having had a another unit without the chain before, I am not sure the same or different app is needed?
