This little gadget is just what I needed to monitor my posture all day long. I am surprised by the situations when I slouch and when I don't. I find that I am already trying to stay ahead of the little alerts, so it truly is training me to be more aware of and correct my posture regularly throughout the day.

Very pleased with the Upright. It’s a great help. Very controllable with the iPhone too.

I wish I knew about this at the start of covid. I tend to hunch at my desk at home, and this could have saved so many neck and back aches in 2020! So glad I purchased this, I knew I slouched but I didn't realize how much I slouched.

Upright has become a way of life. Part of my wardrobe. Although it initially buzzed me frequently I find I really don''t need it much as I'm seldom buzzed, so it has met its purpose. I just wear it as a backup, in case I get lazy and need a reminder. Avoid poor posture, buy an UPRIGHT and stand TALL.
