Friendly Shock Treatment
Sounded weird to me at first when my friend recommended it, and then i tried it. It's great. Boxing for 12 years, I tend to lean while at my work desk, or while standing on lines, or waiting for a bus. Simple things that seemingly don't matter. When I get buzzed, I realize and learn what that does to my posture, and change routine. It works. And even I'm not wearing it, I make note of my posture and stance.
