Annoyingly great. This device definitely helps to notice when I’m slouching throughout the day so that I can correct myself. It’s not actually annoying to use lol. I’ve had terrible posture for as long as I can remember and this is a helpful tool on my way to fix that.The app is very simple and easy to use as well
