Really like this … far better than my mom yelling at me as a kid to stand up straight!! I typically wear the necklace. It’s unobtrusive and lightweight and easy to put on and take off. I also like that I can turn it off easily while making the bed, doing gardening, etc. This is a great tool to learn to start carrying yourself upright! Highly recommend!!
