The foam is thick, dense and squishy. Definitely encourages me to sit up straighter, especially combined with the footrest.

Product worked great and was really helping me until I lost it... I was at a hot sweaty car washing cleaning and vacuuming my car at at some point it fell off. It would be great if they added a 'Find My' feature.
