I noticed a marked improvement in the way I felt while taking Upgraid. After I stopped taking it I realized just how much it was helping. It works really fast also. I noticed within about a week that I was feeling better.

It would be too soon for me to say the pills worked for relieving my pain but I stopped at 1 bottle order because the pills were too big for me. I already take 2 brands of liquid curcumin and I prefer liquid over pills. Customer support was prompt and helpful. Thank you.
