Good stuff—and stuff I'd like to see.
Brain Octane is great. I'd like to see some ultra-low carb snacks for people on keto, too. 10 gm of carbs isn't a snack for me, it's a whole day's worth, at least. Much marketing effort has gone into convincing people without Celiac Disease of the false proposition that gluten will kill them too — but there are milllions and millions of people who would pay for food aimed at keto diets with the right marketing, people who would be interested to know that most Type 2 Diabetes can be controlled with diet alone. Atkins claims low-carb, but when a friend inquired about their use of maltitol, which is far more glycemic than erythritol and causes far more GI distress, they just stonewalled. I'm convinced there's a market, but someone has to tell people about it, someone with money to spend on telling them. I may have to wait a lonnnnng time.
